With Patricia, you’ll take a deeper dive into My Fitness Pal with how-tos, tips, and tricks for creating recipes and more. Learn how to maximize your time in the kitchen for meal prep sessions with scheduling hacks and benefit from a plethora of impromptu nutrition coaching and tips.
Delve deeper into the Bariatric Mindset with Kristin with a Mindset Reset! Shift out of old patterns and uncover self-sabotaging behaviors and patterns to flex your follow through, and walk away with deeper understandings of the mental and emotional side of this journey.
First timers will provide Patricia with your stats, and the following week, she’ll meet with each of you 1:1 via video messaging for a brief session to determine your BMR/EER (Energy Expenditure Requirements). Repeat clients will schedule a 15-minute follow-up coaching and accountability call.
Snacks, beverages, and lunch will be provided with a brief cooking demo by Patricia!
